Rick,
I get mine down at the Shepherd Center by my pain management doctor in (Buckhead) Atlanta, Ga. He injects dextrose into my knees. It hurts like hell. You can not use any antiinflamatories (including fishoil etc) for about a week before the procedure and a week after the procedure. My knees inflame instantly and have a about a week of very unpleasentness. Then like magic they feel good for me about 6 months or so.
It will help for mild ligament and tendon tendon tears. It can help a joint become more stable in turn improving other issues. And yes, no anti-inflamatories, pain then benefits follow.
