Promoted and losing weight

I have been promoted at my job, and now i don't get a sit down lunch time anymore. I am on my feet for 9 to 10 hours a time 5 days a week also it is night shift too. I have been doing this for almost 2 months . How do i or what can i do to stop losing weight. Starting weight was 188 and now i'm down to around 176. I need some thing to slow this down or will i just even out and stop losing when the shock wears off . I also work out at home, i don't do cardio.
 
Protein bars in ur pockets. Also maybe some oatmeal or trailmix bars if bulking
 
i know in my state the state dept. of labor would not allow you to work beyond 6 hours without a meal break. check your states labor laws. if that's not the case you'll just have to suck down a shake when you use the bathroom. surely they can't stop you from using the bathroom twice during your shift.
 
Shakes whenever you can with lots of coconut oil or natural pb. Almost/pecans/peanuts... even some trail mix whenever you can if you're hungry for it.

Possibly look into something like the warrior diet if it will be a lot more convenient.
 
That's no problem. You can be big and lean while fasting for many hours a day (for an example, check out leangains.com). You just have to learn how to make up by eating more when you're off work.

Also, make sure you're getting enough sleep.
 
eat a huge breakfast... (or lunch since it's night shift)
after work... huge meal
before bed, small snack/meal

you can get 4000 cals or more in (unless you're ronnie coleman, don't see why you'd need that much) with a plan like that.
