I have been promoted at my job, and now i don't get a sit down lunch time anymore. I am on my feet for 9 to 10 hours a time 5 days a week also it is night shift too. I have been doing this for almost 2 months . How do i or what can i do to stop losing weight. Starting weight was 188 and now i'm down to around 176. I need some thing to slow this down or will i just even out and stop losing when the shock wears off . I also work out at home, i don't do cardio.
