Good looking out man...thanks...That is my last deadlifting session before I compete....Its all t-bar row bent over and reverse grip rows for me here on in as I get a little nervous pulling from the floor close to my show..
 
725 squat.....not my best squat performance at all but i had a bad groin tear and my grandfather passed away literally right before the meet started. i went for 800 after that and buried it but my head dropped about halfway to lockout and they had to take it. another few months and i'll smoke 800 especially after my groin heals.

haha thanks man.....and that was in competition so you know they werent no fake ass plates like you see on youtube where those kids are benchin 600 pounds for like 50 reps lol

Ugh, feelin weak today. This is DB press' at the END of my workout, like i usually do them after chest or back. My video moving the 115's is in this thread...figured id throw this up because im pretty lean and lookin decent haha.......theyr only 100's.....

Damn all you guys have some great video's and soon as i start lifting a little more i will post some video's. Keep them coming you guys are doing great. And thanks for sharing.. Keeps me thinking about working out watching these..
 
It seems like this thread is slowing down a bit so I thought I'd add another video. These are some smith-machine squats I did today. The weight is nothing to write home about but I was happy with these sets.

275x8, 205x23 (failed on 24)- I count the bar as 45 just for the sake of convenience

When are you gunna post a vid/pic and say "this is my all time best." or "This is the most ive ever lifted" instead of the typical "ughh this is really light weight" or "im feeling weak today (so thats my excuse for not lifting more than ronnie coleman but still more than %99 of the world)"

What i mean is that you got a lot to be proud of and your lifts are nothing short of the extraordinary. You should stop giving little excuses for this kinda shit.

Ummm dude where the fuck have YOU been? You either dont pay attention, or only pay attention to negative shit. My dip video was a personal best with 4 plates, the DB press of 115's was a RECENT personal best, as well as other video's i have up. The 100's OBVIOUSLY werent a personal best, as i also have a video up from 2 weeks earlier hitting 115's x 6 for 2 sets.
