damnit man! your a big freakin guy nice lift.725 squat.....not my best squat performance at all but i had a bad groin tear and my grandfather passed away literally right before the meet started. i went for 800 after that and buried it but my head dropped about halfway to lockout and they had to take it. another few months and i'll smoke 800 especially after my groin heals.

When are you gunna post a vid/pic and say "this is my all time best." or "This is the most ive ever lifted" instead of the typical "ughh this is really light weight" or "im feeling weak today (so thats my excuse for not lifting more than ronnie coleman but still more than %99 of the world)"

Ummm dude where the fuck have YOU been? You either dont pay attention, or only pay attention to negative shit. My dip video was a personal best with 4 plates, the DB press of 115's was a RECENT personal best, as well as other video's i have up. The 100's OBVIOUSLY werent a personal best, as i also have a video up from 2 weeks earlier hitting 115's x 6 for 2 sets.
