Prop/ suspension dosing

Hey bros whats up. I kno another prop/ suspension question. LOL but I was jsut wondering about the dosing. Since it is going to be my first cycle I was wondering if only shooting 350 mg a week will do fine because that is more actual test than enthenate or cypionate. Thanks alot bros. YOuve been alot of help in the past.

This might help. 100mg ed of prop is the same as 1 gram of a long base ester, like cyp or enanthate.

But yes, 350mg should be enough. If not just bump is up to 450. My first cycle I only took 200mg of test a week and only put on around 8lbs and was not really feeling the strength increase. I bumped it up to 500mg and it really improved my cycle. Try and get the most out of your first cycle.

Thanks bros. No i wasnt planning on any EQ, but i was thinking about some winny. But im not sure. SOme people have told me that just this alone will be a nice first cycle. Also since you really need to runn winny a bit longer I was planning on saving that for a few cycles down the road so I can do it for at least 15-20 weeks and get the full benefit. So what do you guys think should I throw in EQ and run it longer or should I do some winny at 50 mg a day.

I think you may have it twisted. You DON'T have to run winny longer, it is fast acting. Now Eq yes, you have to run it atleast 8 weeks.

I would run 450-700mg of prop/susp combo. I love this combo but ed or eod injections are a pain scar tissue builds up fast using eod or ed stuff or less mgs when you first start then later you would wish you didnt start so low when finding a new site or squeeking every inject. MM

So you saying that for my first cycle i should use a little more. Like what do you think shoot 70 mg of the prop/suspension mix a day. I was told that 250-400 should be a good dose of this mix from some other bros so thats what I was planning on doing. What do the rest of you think.
