Proper PCT After Sust 250 and Deca 300 Cycle

I did a Sust/Deca Cycle at

750mg a week Sust and 500mg a week Deca for 12 weeks.

Got some great gains and am ready for my pct. Before a cut cycle of Tren E/Test Prop and Anavar to start and Winny towards the end.

I have HCG/Exemestine/Armomasin/Clomid on hand

Am I needing Tamoxifen and what would be ideal dosage for HCG PCT and what would you run and how long on PCT before my next cycle. Your help is much appreciated buds thanks!

Also some advice on how to run my next cycle would be greatly appreciated

Anavar 50mgs weeks 1-5 ed
Tren E 400mgs 2 times a week, weeks 1-12
Test P 400mgs week eod
Winny 50mg 7-12 ed

Are you running hcg during your cycle along with the aromasin?

Aromison yes as needed and no just picked up hcg.

i usually run climid for about 3-4 weeks for my PCT, but I know my body because I get blood work done. Thats the only true way to know how long it takes your body to recover.

I like blasting HCG towards the end of my cycle and end it 4 days before I start PCT, then take clomid, nolva, aromasin.

take nolva. 40 mg for 2 weeks and 20 for the last two weeks. total of 4 weeks. wait at least 3 weeks after your last shot to start you pct. That will work fine I took the about the same about 4 year ago and that pct dose work great.

I have always used hcg 1 week after my last test injection at 1000 eod for 2 weeks than go to 50mg of Clomid for 4-6 weeks

I've always found that I recover much easier if I run hcg throughout the cycle in the 250 iu 2x per wk range.
