proper pct using asin + nolva?

so, ive decided to stop blasting and cruising, my last shot was monday........how long b4 i start nolva and asin? what dosage? should i throw in hcg as well?

can this be done without hcg? i have read hcg should be used during cycle, not pct?

I've seen it ran during a cycle or maybe the last 3-4 weaks before pct starts....
