I never count a spot anyway and only rely on someone handing one of the dumbbells
I want to press them myself or have someone just lift the bar or smith machine of and be there as a safety but never touch it unless I call for it at complete failure to re rack the smith or bar

Well the elbows is the correct place .I have seen people not nobies. That been spotted at the elbows with 120 and 130lbs dumbells.which they can rep with no problem. But at the failier point the wrist has given out and the dbells have fallen inwards into the chest and face. If you hold the wrist that will never happen
First, I’ll stick my thumb in their neck to make sure they still have a pulse
then, I grab one wrist and help them lift the dumbbell, then I will do the same with the other wrist - being sure you yell ‘ALL YOU BRO’ throughout the rep
It’s not nice at all like how in today’s world can someone suffer such bad breath use a brush tooth paste mouth wash dental floss and a tongue scrapper
bad breath cured your breath will be like air no smell
Food breath is different but still I floss brush scrub tongue after eating and hitting the gym and chew gum to provide stronger jaw muscles and burn extra calories from neat and incase a hot chick wants a spot
