Hi Bro's hows it going?
I'm planning on starting on the follistatin 344 quite soon, I do however have some questions that I hope some of the bro's can help me out.
Here are my stats.
69kg (my normal weight without gear), heaviest I have ever been is 73kg
I have 10 years of weight training experience.
I have been on 8 cycles (sustanon 250 per week x 8 weeks)
I have been free of gear for 3 years.
I propose on taking follistatin @ 50mg per day for 10 days, then 20 days off the repeating another 10 days.
This will be done whilst I am on an 8 week cycle of primobolan only (400mg per week) and also som ghrp 2 100mcg before bed (for the tendons and joints). I chose primobolan for its safety profile and lack of water retention.
Do you bros think that it is wise to take an anabolic whilst on follistatin? It seems to make sense as follistatin takes the limiters off of your muscles, and an anabolic will speed things along. or do you think that follistatin can be taken alone?
Weight training wise I think I am going to start with more of a volume trainng routine for maximum hypertrophy, as I have heard that care needs to be taken with the tendons whilst on Folli.
