We tried for 2 months to get the protein coffee to work with stevia (rebaudioside)....it would not work......virtually all of our other flavors are done with stevia / rebaud......but the best sweetener there is is monk fruit....its just ungodly expensive thats why nobody is using it....but we just had a meeting yesterday and we are going to reformulate all our flavors with monk fruit as soon as possible.
Want to know how good monk fruit is? I drink alot of ice tea during the day and also use sweeteners from time to time....i use to use stevia but i have a ragweed allergy and anyone who has a ragweed allergy are going to have trouble with stevia....I started to use monk fruit and it is FAR AND AWAY the best sweetener ive ever used. Im not talking those orange stickpacks you get on Amazon that is 95% maltodextrin and 5% monk fruit.......im talking the raw ingredient monk fruit....i personally bought 2lbs of it for 600 bucks for myself because i kept using my companys samples (very small containor) and screwing up my flavor chemists supply.
I dont think you can go back to any other sweetener after you use real monk fruit as a sweetener. I was on vacation and forgot my monkfruit and had to use splenda in my ice tea.....I was shocked at how awful and chemical it tasted
You don't get some kind of wholesale deal given that you own TN? I think Uranium is cheaper lb for lb
