BIG-A PHIL KIWI thx for the posts bro nice reading and phil steve davis lol i know what ya mean thoe i remember an old b/w pic of him mid way in a dip with cross striations running threw his chest and i was like wow and then rolf moller i think his name was he was the next big thing the greg kovacs of my day lol they were in the same mag with some albert beckels traing pics ha ha the old fart that iam and not trying to blow smoke up phils ass the first time i saw him i thought he was thick and hard as nails i remember thinking thats what i want to look like again just wanted to say thx for shareing its greatly appreciated!

This was a GREAT read. Really motivated myself also. Im about on pace with these boys. I started when I was 18. I weighed 181lbs. I started working out and weighed 150. I put 30 lbs on in a year naturally. Now ive been juicing for 3 years... with breaks this isnt straight and just hit 257 at 21 :). Now im dieting to see how i look shredded. I dont think i could go pro just b/c USA makes it a pain in the ass to try and push it and not get caught.

Big A wondering how the training is going? Ive been so on/off with boards lately i didnt know how things were.

No it's not. I am annoyed every day, because I know what I could look like if I would train properly. And take gear properly (not forgetting to have my shots) and eating properly. :eek:

Yeah but imo, with so much time doing things "right" you would burn out and never reach your bodybuilding potential in the long run...you are doing it the right way by doing this. How else can you keep bodybuilding for 20 years, eating chicken and rice e/d aint too fun.I wouldnt last long and come contest time, Id go nuts, and in the long run Id never grow.
