Proscar and DHT based anabolics

I believe Proscar blocks DHT in order to save your hair from falling out and its also helps shrink the prostate. The question is, if one is using Primo or Winny would the Finsteride reduce the strength, bioavailability or effectiveness of these DHT based steroids?

I recently got off Mast because of enlarged prostate issues and just started taking proscar and flomax so I'm looking forward to the replies.

All finasteride does is prevent testosterone from converting into DHT, it does not block DHT itself. DHT is created from testosterone by an enzyme known as 5-alpha reductase, (just like estradiol is created from testosterone by an enzyme called aromatase). Finasteride blocks testosterone from reaching 5AR, so it is a 5AR Inhibitor, just like AI's are an Aromatase Inhibitor.
