Flomax also helps greatly. It will not stop/reverse hypertrophy but it will help with urination issues.

So Im about 6 weeks into my blast and I am having trouble urinating with ease. Im taking much longer to urinate and the stream is very weak. Ive had these symptoms before but not as bad as this. Im sure it is prostate enlargement. For those who get this do you just live with it until you go back on cruise or supplement with something like finasteride? Ive been taking saw palmetto with no change unless I drink alot of water.

Drink a lot of water. 6-8 ounces every waking hour. This should get you flowing well. Try for a few days and report back.

I believe buck1973 is suggesting it for BPH, not urinary burning/pain.

I have the BPH thing goin on to but how many if u guys get your PSA levels checked? Over the years mine has been creeping up Im at 4 now.
I have been to 3 diff docs they all say the same thing we need to keep an eye on it? I have tried all the remedies with no sucsess except Flomax gonna look into that.

I used Flomax after my bladder surgery in January. Flomax only relaxes the muscles in that area so its easier to pee. It does not reverse enlarged prostate or benefit PSA.
