Apparently I am getting to the age where prostate issues are beginning to surface and becoming rather annoying. I'm pretty much ok cruising but on a blast it gets to be a bit of a bother. My HRT doc checks it often and yes it is enlarged somewhat I have all the symptoms of BPH dang it. PSA has been in range so far, getting tested this week at work then again next month at HRT docs.
I was wondering if any of you guys have found anything that helps to elevate the symptoms of BPH I believe I have tried just about everything. I haven't found anything that really works.

Don't let your estrogen get to high. Its what feeds prostate cancer. Dht will make it bigger but not dangerous. Cialas helps with prostate issues.

My dad has prostate cancer and I believe it's testosterone that fuels it. They give him hormone shots to prevent his body from making testosterone. I couldn't tell you exactly which hormones are in the injections but I'm pretty sure estrogen doesn't matter when it comes to prostate cancer. Breast cancer on the other hand is certainly fueled by estrogen.

Not tryin to be a dick, but my dad has been dealin with prostate cancer for nearly 10 years now and I try to pay attention (since genetics put me at a higher risk for it too)


But as Cerberus said, cialis definitely helps with BPH. If your doctor has given you anti inflammatories already then I dont think there's a whole lot else you can do. Alcohol makes my prostate irritated when I drink, so I try to avoid it

Try Tadalafil i use a low dose 2.5 p/d It helps alot
If you get tabs its hard to cut them that small
Thanks to are reasearch guys the liquid form is perfect...
I dont need to speak about the other benefiets
If thats not enough try 5 p/d also a very common and safe dose
Also try and stay away from Nor 19's if possible they seem to be the worse for this.

Test converts to estrogen. My step grandfather and step father both had prostate cancer. Their dr confirm it was the estrogen mainly. The verdict is still out but most doctors believe it is estrogen or a combination of estrogen and dht. Most men with prostate cancer (at an earlier age since most men will get it if they get old enough) a higher amount of estrogen conversation. They still stop test production since you cant block all estrogen and dht in men.

If you're having problems peeing, Flomax really helps, I just pop a pill whenever I feel I need to.

Maybe keep your test on TRT levels and blast with compounds that are more anabolic than androgenic.

I'm 47 and mine comes and goes. A few months ago, I'd stand there for a few minutes before the stream will flow, and for the last few weeks, it's normal.

I used to dred the exam, but now I go in with a better attitude towards it.

Are you having pain or discomfort,,inflammation? Some say similar to pressure like sitting on a golf ball???

I was diagnosed with BPh 13 years ago. Get checked regular and so far psa range ok. I take saw palmeto and zinc everyday, stay away from antihistamines and decongestants, pain meds and nsaids, alcohol, as all these seem to really irratate mine. I love deca but higher doses of test seem to make worse even when take an Ai to keep estro low. I cannot take tren as this kills it, masteron also makes worse. What helps me the most is low dose cialis and having sex often. I'm on HRT and get bloodwork often and as long as i keep my range around 3-400 seem to do ok. I wish i could say it gets better but i've yet to find a DR. who says they can cure it, most say they can give meds to manage it and thats about all. I experience pain and pressure with mine and even low grade fever sometimes. Took tren a few years ago and ended up using a cath just to piss. That was no fun. Tried tren once more and you guessed it had to cath again. NEVER USE TREN AGAIN!!! Ha
