Yes it does act in orchestrating the balance of 2-hydroxyestrone (beneficial subtype of estrogen) and
16-alpha-hydroxyestrone (associated with a few different cancers).
The not so good detriments of DIM, it's been shown to express androgen receptor antagonism. As well, inhibits expression of dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

Yes.. I have seen the study on the androgen receptor antagonism... But like most studies they are using enhanced men or women .. So would it have much effect while on gear or slightly supra levels.. Don't know but I haven't experienced any negatives..
