SOY? I read everywhere to Get away as far as i can from that since its really estrogenic???
What about fruits?
Do you believe in those Blood Type Diet? A,B,AB, O ?
I read about that but im not sure, Eating Soy products is a good idea since it has been shown to Increase Estrogen...
First and foremost Phil Hernon is my diet and training mentor and my biggest influence. From what I learned from him I spawned some of my own theories that are blood type related. So I stick with his basic theories and principals and from those I break it down more specifically by blood type. So my first advice I would give you is you can still be a bodybuilder but because of your blood type you won't be as good eating the typical bodybuilders diet nor would you be as good if you just ate according to blood type diets. IMO if you took those blood type theories and incorporated them in your bodybuilding diet then you be at your healthiest and best. So for some people Soy is not as good for you it should be a staple.
I eat a ton of fruits and vegetables but only ones that are most beneficial for my blood type.
Give what I told you a shot for a week or so and tell me how you feel.
