Protein bar recommendations?

Can anyone recommend an edible protein bar that isn't just a sugar candy bar with protein in it? I used to buy victory bars but it doesn't look like they are around anymore.

Sitting at my office starving and would like to finally make the gym tonight wishing I had one, going to keep some on hand.

Good thread. Much like pre workouts, I’m Always looking for a good protein bar to try. Currently eating built bars. The coconut chocolate flavor damn near tastes like an almond joy

I eat fitcrunch.

I cant handle the bars with too much sugar alcohol or fiber. Fitcrunch is the best tasting one for me and doesnt negatively affect my GI system.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about the MRE bars. Haven’t tried one yet though. I like ONE bars. The maple donut flavor being my favorite.

I tried a few Outright bars recently and they tasted great. For taste the big OH YEAH chocolate caramel bars are amazing but the macros aren't great. The Ronnie Coleman King Whey protein bars (peanut butter one) are also great. For a high fat low carb bars I really liked 5% Nutrition's Knock the Carbs Out. The 5% ones were really nice and I recommend people try them for something different (try the peanut butter chocolate chip ones).

Oats , honey , pro powder , peanut butter and bananas mixed together and made into bars. Refrigerate

Quest bars. Great taste, no sugar, plenty of fiber.

I don't know why people like Quest bars they are like eating rubber. I have tried about 7 different flavours and even if the flavouring is good the texture ruins them.

whats the consistency like?

Its been over 20 years, so I can't remember details. I just know that they were the best bars I've ever had. The taste was the best and they weren't real hard. Some bars I have nowadays seem like they are made of shoe leather. I dont really eat bars anymore, so I've not had any of the newer ones. Only bars I eat now are ones my wife brings home from the grocery on occasion.

White chocolate raspberry is the only one that is different and actually really good.
