protein- best way to increase dietary

Lokking for advise/opinions on best way to increase protein in diet
if I never ate another peice of chicken that would be ok with me- seems like there are varying opinions on aminos- used to be standard when I was lifting

LBA's! I've been on them between each meal, and I swear that I'm getting leaner and bigger by the day. They are easy to drink and digest, yet you still have a good appetite with them.
 
using liquid forms of protein like lba's or just straight shakes will be an easy way to up the protein as it is easier to drink a large quantity of protein than to eat it.
 
I wasen't real sure about the whole LBA things when I first heard about them but now they are my main source of protine (probably 60%) and will soon be my only source of protine.

Just add a 3 ounce shot between meals and you can easly add 100+ grams of protine a day. If your not contest dieting add 3-4 ounces of chocolate to an 8oz glass of milk and you get chocolate milk that'll make you grow.

The their are a ton of flavors and alot of them mix realy well with water , you can add 3-4 ounces to a 1 liter bottle of water and sipe a few throughout the day , I drink 7-9 liters a day if I put 3 ounces in each one I'd be getting 210-270 grams of protine from my water !!
 
sorry to be ignorant on this, but what's a good brand thats not too expensive?

try eating some beef,,,fish
beans are also high in protein.
