This recipe makes 10 small pancakes
Each pancake has 13grams protein, 20 carbs, and 135 calories

5 Whole Eggs
Whey Protein Isolate 50g
1-1/4 cups instant oats
Butter Buds/molly mcbutter
Cinnamon
1 banana
1 rounded tbs natural peanut butter
BLEND TOGETHER WELL

pour batter into a hot skillet sprayed with butter non stick spray and cook

ENJOY THE SEASON......

I make these all off-season and add some sf maple syrup. BOOM!

I actually found some quaker oats pancake mix, but i suppose blending instant oats would give you the same thing for cheaper.

what is the purpose of adding cottage cheese? is it to get protein in or is it for flavor or moisture.. whats the deal? never heard of doing that before.
