This recipe makes 10 small pancakes
Each pancake has 13grams protein, 20 carbs, and 135 calories

5 Whole Eggs
Whey Protein Isolate 50g
1-1/4 cups instant oats
Butter Buds/molly mcbutter
Cinnamon
1 banana
1 rounded tbs natural peanut butter
BLEND TOGETHER WELL

pour batter into a hot skillet sprayed with butter non stick spray and cook

i make something like this as well

except i add in the jello sugar free/fat free pudding powder (hmm cheesecake flavor)

also add in some curds (cottage cheese)

but same idea
 
word.. its a legit recipe.. Ive never tried the curds!!! but it sure sounds appetizing

Those sound delicious but you forgot to add the fat in the macro total. Each pancake should have around 4 gms of fat per pancake and the total caloric value should be about 170 per if you follow your recipe.

I do something real similar with my Synthepure. Works great.

everytime i see a pancake recipe that says a certain amount of "small pancakes" I always ask myself why anyone would want a small pancake.

When I make them I look for the biggest pan I own and try to make the king kong of all pancakes :D
 
I'll have to try that...my version is..

6 egg whites
1 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2-3 scoops of whey protein powder (flavor of choice, chocolate works the best, but strawberry and mocha java are pretty tasty too)
Add splenda or stevia as desired
1 tbsp of cinnamon
Blend together into a batter, you can make 4-5 small pancakes or I make one big one..just depends on your skillet size.
I then top it with 2-3 tbsp of chocolate LBA's and either sliced blueberries, bananas, or strawberries (which create a nice natural syrup from the juices)
...wanna get crazy, spread almond butter or natty pb on top as you would if you "buttered" your pancakes!!!

those sound wonderful.ive been making pancakes out of my wife's BSN Dessert, not too bad
 
Add to Spartans mix,
1 cup whole wheat flour
6 ounces of fat free greek yogurt
tsp of vanilla extract

Damn! Just tried this this morning for something different on a Sunday..... Thanks, they were awesome topped with Banana's, almond butter, and a little lite syrup!
 
I am glad there are others out there who enjoy enhancing pancakes. I actually call them meal cakes. I make these all the time for lots of people. Sometimes I throw (not all at once) yogurt raisens/trail mix/nuts/apples/blueberries/etc....list goes on. No syrup needed

2 cups cottage cheese (low or regular fat, depending on goals)
2 cups oat powder
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tbs of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg

I then top the waffle with raw butter and a very small amount of real maple syrup, sometimes adding peanut or almond butter to it. I also throw in 80% cocoa chips in the mix sometimes.

Makes about 6 full sized waffles in my George Foreman Grill waffle iron.
