My wife wants to use it in cooking and baking. She has a hard time getting enough protein. Just looking for ways to increase overall intake.
use whey iso, cold filtered is good or the cfmf is good too. basically no flavor especially if you cook with them.
use good oils for more cals too.
I use to make protein pudding and eat that shit all day.
