Hey guys!
Im trying to get more knowledge about diet and traning all the time.
So I just have a couple a questions about protein. I take whey protein to my breakfast and after workout, and casein before bed.
I did read something about Hydrolyzed protein is better then whey after traning.
Is this right?
What protein powder is the most optimal, and when?
Like whey in the morning
Hydrolyzed post workout
Casein before
etc ..
