Protein powder...

I always used something from GNC until I gave Synthepure a try. Now there is no other protein powder that I use!!!

I have never gone into a GNC without walking out shaking my head at how they double the price of everything. Am I the only one that has a problem with this.

On top of that, most of the sales help is questionable. They carry 3, 4, or 5 different product lines, each with the same products. When I ask what the difference between them I never get a good answer. I think the only difference is the cost or commission they make on one or the other.

Enough of that rant. So what are everyones thoughts on Casein protein. Should I really be using it before bed. Seems like a good idea but I have been told to stick with isolate only.

protein is protein.. its all about what you can digest, i know per 28g scoop its only 22g protein, but does that really matter? for taste and digestion its the best ive ever used... aslong as he hits his macros i dont think theirs a problem

Which do you use?

I have being using VPX's zero carb SRO and LOVED it, but its been discontinued. Looking for other options.

Core Nutritional's core pro looks good, but its kind of pricey

I like Synthepure very well. Ive been using it for along time now and have found
nothing better.
