I almost did but I wanted to try just casein this time around and maybe next I'll try milk pi and see what one my body likes best. I really only have it at night before bed so I like the slow release of casein.

I did mention Team Skip Formula earlier in this thread and currently use it...but I do love some damn Isolyze...Vanilla Peanut Butter might be the best I have tasted. I just feel it is a bit over-priced...and it used to be crazily overpriced except the whey protein market has come up and gotten more expensive which has narrowed that gap in the last few years.

Yes it is!! You do not see other companies offering breakdowns like these. Synthetek has always made it a point to back up the claims of their products with numbers so I will always stick with them!

Anyone can buy a face to place with their product, only a real company will go to the extent of doing studies to sell theirs!

I've seen all kinds of suggestions for this and many others will tell you something else but for myself I am 5'11 170lbs and want to get to 200lbs so I take 200g a day give or take 20g. For myself its been just what I needed to keep my gains coming.

I'd love to eat all my protein but sometimes a shake just makes sense.
