how many of you guys tested positive for trace amounts of protien in your urine I go to doctor every year for check ups.2 years ago I hade it too and went away now I have it again!

I have I know I just wanted to get a poll on how many other guys have had the problem and does injectables have as much overworking on the kidneys as orals beacause I never take orals?

I could be wrong because I am not a medico but protein in urine is common amongst athletes particularly those on high protein diets, gear users or those who do strength and contact sports. I am not sure but I think I remember a kidney specialist explaining to me that things like blood and protein in urine can happen regardless of gear usage...however its best to always keep on top of your health so keep up your regular check ups.

After today I'd say the above post is damn near right on the money. I had to do a physical to get a job and ended up having to go to a doctor after the lab said I had protein and blood in my urine. I ended up being told that protein is common in BBers or athletes as it has to do with muscle breakdown. No big deal in other words....the blood was not anything either. Now I have to worry about gettin my blood pressure down from 206/113 so that I can return to work.

holy shit bro, your not going to have a heart left with that BP. get on an ACEi immediately if you are worried about proteinuria. yes, athletes are more common to have protein in the urine along with elevated creatinine levels. but the level of proteinuria needs to be controlled. ARBs or ACEi are best for this.

i actually had a drug test for a new job last week and they found protien in my urine and told me to follow up with my regular doc. The only thing im on is 600mg ew of test. i had blood work down and should have the results of what it is Friday. Personaly i think its to much creatine. Becausde soon as i started taking it a week later my sides cramped up. Even with extra water intake.
