protocol for testing your igf-1 levels

I'm confused on what is the best way to test your igf-1 levels to see how well my gh is converting.

Some say take "x" amount of your gh, whatever you use per day then get blood drawn 1-3 hours later. Also to eat after your gh with some carbs.

Others have said you need to do it fasted in the am, no food no gh.

I know it takes some time for igf-1 levels to go up. Be on your gh for at least a month before you start testing.

Serum test are great way to test if you got hgh in your vial but I think igf-1 test is where the real important info comes from to see how good the gh is or how well your body converts the gh into igf

Test IGF-1 after a couple weeks on GH. You can just google the test and it will tell you everything you want to know.

I usually wait about 1 month before I test my levels just to be safe buddy. Just like Kaladryn said, "as soon as you google it all types of good info will show up" Plus you can head on over to the peptide forum.
