Is proviron a good addition to a test/deca cycle? I"m basically wondering if it will help with sex drive and keep a bit of water off. Doses will be 600mg test/400mg deca.

Proviron is a good aternative, start with 25mg. pe day. I personally like letro, but you will feel some joints if you take to much. You could take novadex and HCG for PCT, usally 3 weeks for HCG and 4-5 weeks for novadex

I like PROVIRON very well...free's bound testosterone,,,works as mild anti E and helps boost sex drive.

Yep! I like it for the same reasons! The first time I added it in, I noticed a huge increase in sex drive (almost too much) and thus had to back down to 25mg/day. However, you need more than 25mgs if you're looking to free up test; 50-100mgs / day will definitely help with that IF you don't become a walking erection first! :actn-sm

If we can use a selective estrogen modulator to weakly bind to the estrogen receptor to prevent the estros with higher binding affinity like estradiol from expression, then isn't Proviron just doing the same thing to your testosterone receptors and preventing the binding of testosterone or another androgen with higher affinity the same way?

I personally would take the minium amount of any anti-estrogen or you will start to defeat the purpose of taking test.

^ Exactly. Proviron is o.k., but anti-e's are generally kept on hand in case issues arise, i.e. gyno, bloat

I'll have to look around for the post, but I was reading up on the "freeing testosterone" hype about this drug, and the author went in detail to show that the amount "freed up" is so small as to be insignificant.

Hey MD been a long time bud.
I remember reading that both masteron and winny had this effect but it was not as prominent as proviron.

Winstrol will not do the same trick but Masteron would be the better choice. Proviron added to a cycle of winstrol will help bring hardness and density to your physique. Winstrol in my opinion should not be taken for more than 6 weeks as it does cause liver toxicity, lipid concerns and joint problems. Although it is a good precontest drug when used appropriately.

Oral winstrol at 25mg to 50mg 6 weeks prior to show and proviron taken 4 weeks prior to the show starting at 25mg the first week and slowly up the dosage if needed to no more than 100mg into the show should do the trick.

I agree unless you are using winstrol, anavar and primobolan alone the proviron provides the much needed androgen for the harder apperance especially for women.
