Yeah I agree with everybody, proviron is great for libido and muscle hardening and leaner look. Need 2 monitor the prostate though.

Provirion is the best. But even at 47, having successfully used accutane, it's the only product that gives me backne. Bummer.

Would 25 mgs be sufficient and does it help or hinder endurance for a swimmer or running

Proviron is great! I like masteron better, but both are good.

But I think a lot of guys think "harder" and imagine "ripped". But this isn't so. Even if you're fat, it'll make you harder....under the fat.

Im using Masteron now (love that stuff) and I'm hard, but just a week into a diet, so I'm fat...and hard underneath

For me, I use Proviron when Im already sub 10%. Fat tree muscles are hard. Proviron makes them harder, they just look more dense.

BTW, I dont see it hindering swimming or endurance. Never has for me.

Proviron is really good addition in to TRT. I just finished 6 weeks in my HRT with addition of Proviron.
25mg per day is minimum. It depend how you respond on this stuff. But with 50mg per day you have all effect which it should does ( lower estradiol, higher DHT, raise free TST in your body,hardness).
Use 50mg per day and you will see good result. But Proviron can make really bad acne, it did cause much worst acne to me. Try to use Nizoral 2% shampoo on place were you get acne, if it's cause by DHT it will clear it up. If it's cause by higher Androgens ( Proviron is high Androgenic drug ), than, there's no help. (my problem )
