Got a few questions regarding PSMF that I haven't really found answers to.
Now I'm assuming most here are under the 15% bodyfat range which puts them in the catagory 1 like myself.
Catagory 1 states that the diet should only be held for 10-12 days before doing maintenance cals for 2 weeks.
Say ones like 13% bodyfat and looking to get into the 7% range. This would obviously take a few cycles.
Now, I've seen some people stating that they just keep doing PSMF constantly till they reach their goal? (ie. slice along with DNP)
Can one just use replacement dosage 25mcg t3 and continue on with the diet continuously and do a cheat meal once a week?
Or is that just screwing up your metabolism and everyone should stick to the 2 weeks off regardless?
