puff nipps.

about 3 weeks ago my nips began to get puffy and itchy i was running a high dose off susatnon.. i ran some nolva for a few days and took care of it..i discontinuted the nolva to quickly and they got itchy and puffy again..i have been running letro the last 6 days the itch is gone and the puffyness is down a bit.. when im really relaxed and warm they puff out still with the letro reverse this or am i stuck with it? how long should i continue with the letro?
