Very easy crockpot dish and very healthy and cheap.
Ingredients :
4 chicken breast (can do more or less, however much you want to cook)
1 17oz jar your favorite wing sauce
1/2 packet dry ranch dressing mix
Whole wheat buns.
Simply put a little sacue on the bottom of a crockpot, then load in your chicken. Pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken, springle the 1/2 pack of dressing mix over the chicken. Stir the mixture to disolve the dressing mix. Let it simmer for 7 hours. I turned and rearranged chicken at 3.5 hours to ensure even cooking and flavoring.
After 7 hours, simply shred with 2 fork, load it on a toasted bun ( I added some fat free ranch and pickles), poured on some sauce from the crockput, and eat up.
