Pumped340 Hair Transplant and Hair Fibers

It's been longer than I realized since I updated. So it's been 3-3.5 months since the touch up. I suppose this is when I would be at my worst. I spoke with Anubis that unfortunately it seems like there has been shock loss, or just continued natural loss, on the right side which I noticed shortly after my touch up on the left side. Essentially, before the touch-up I could go without using fibers on the right side at all but since then it looks noticeably thinner. I don't use any fibers to be on the safe side post-surgery and allow as much regrowth as possible but right now both the left and right side are pretty thin. Hoping to see noticeable improvements in the next few months.

I've been considering topical finasteride. I stand by what I said about now wanting to try oral, but if topical isn't entering the body to that great of a degree then I'd be open to it.

I haven't worn fibers since the surgery in March but would like to soon. This progression is certainly going pretty quickly. I just dropped my TRT dose from 120mg to 70mg and want to eventually drop my AI usage so that should cut my DHT in half I'd think which will hopefully slow things down.

I lost a lot of my hair about 10 years ago after I started having thyroid issues. By time I figured out what was going on, I had major hair loss. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism that and lack of hormone was a perfect storm. I've been wearing head bands to cover my hair loss. My husband wants me to get hair transplant, but I just haven't been ready for it.

I have wanted to learn more about it. Thank you for sharing your experience and info.
