most people get the low back pumps, but has anyone get delt pumps? mine are so bad i get major pins needles feeling and i can't do anything after pressing. i don't always get it but i think its the compounds perhaps. this is the only body part that side lines me. like i have to wait 5 mins and shake them out before i can do anything else.

You answered your own question—shake them out and wait 5 minutes before moving to the next exercise. My delts get so pumped up with overhead presses and lateral raises, I wait and do rear delts on back day.

Yup. I remember these...especially on pink thai and naposim dbols. You kinda gotta hunch over to help it subside.
 
Easy-peasy. Every time I work my rear delts. I lay face down on a incline bench set at 45deg. or less and do db raises. Never fails, especially if you continue with partials until you can’t move the weight. Brutal.

ya but so annoying then it comes back on the next exercise. taking citrulline doesn't help i might stop that it makes it worse i think on delt days lol.

thats the first time i experienced on pink thais like 15 years ago lol. than years later high dose of var did it and i was good for a while but now its back might be the MENT.

I can’t no biceps after delts because my shoulders are too pumped. Triceps okay, but anything that has the potential to raise my arms does not work for me.
 
Taurine and stretch between sets
 
I'm having to wear longer shorts in the gym because of thigh pump. Lol too much rubbing together 🤣🤣
Very happy for the leg gains, but bye-bye booty shorts
 
I’m taking 50mg Anavar in morning and 20mg at night. Anytime I do farmers carries or treadmill my calf muscles get a very intense and painful pump. Very unpleasant.
 
I agree with the dude above that said stretch between every set. Learn how to properly stretch whatever muscle is getting too pumped. Also stretch the same muscles throughout the week. Stretching increases blood flow and you are literally getting clogged up.
