Pumps outside the gym

Coming of a contest and getting pumps throughout the day. Holding a water bottle....bicep starts getting a pump. Standing up for a while get a lower back pump. Reach across my body for something and shoulder starts getting a pump. My calfs get pumped from walking. Of course I would like to think this means you are very anabolic building muscle lol. Food has been high for me. Any of you guys have similar experience? Just running test prop and masteron prop coming off contest.

Looking huge and dry! I put on loads of water from the diuretic....trying to get that shit off me. Pumps are insane though. It’s holding me back from training my hardest honestly lmao.

First pic is 3 days after my show. Second one is like 8 days. Water kept coming on. Think it’s slowly going down. Same thing happened to me last contest. I am a new to competing. Trying to avoid this water rebound next competition. My coach said go no carb for a few days....really dude? Fuck you! Lmao I need food hunger is insane but all my meals are clean.

You think taking like 20 mg of lasix would be okay today? Try to get the rest off? I did 40 mg night before the show and 20 mg the morning of show.
