Does anyone know why some people can get a super good pump when they lift and some can't get a pump at all?( No matter what they do or take.) I start to see a pump within my 2nd warm up with most excerises! Does a pump even matter? Would someone who can achieve a good pump easily use that to their advantage? focus on volume, more frequently?
