This has been discussed before but only in passing from what I could find.
I'm throwing around doing 3 on, one off split (refer to title).
2-3 warmups, 2 heavy, straight set, work sets to failure, stretch, move on.
Be done in 20-25 mins tops, get 30 mins low intensity cardio in, and be done.
What do you guys think?
I'm considering this because I am most likely getting a job that will require 50-60 hours per week and only about an hour to get a workout and cardio in. I'm married and am also working on a couple of certifications so my time is getting very limited.
Advice, suggestions, anything, please feel free to chime in.
