Push Pull Routine

How many here do a push pull routine (chest, tris and shoulders one day then back, biceps the next)? I have done this for a while but feel like I need to switch up.

Also who all does bis and tris together on the same day?
 
ive been doing a combo of this or supersetting opp muscles and it works good for maintenance or if you can only workout a few times per week, ive really only been doing it cuz of some injuries limiting me to lifting lighter weight than usual. im sure id look alot better if i was still on my N.O. as well :(
 
i do chest shoulder triceps- monday
1 . decline bench press
2 incline bench press
3. Flat flys
4. smith machine shoulder press
5. lateral raises
6. triceps pressdown

Back biceps- wed

1.close grip wtd chins
2.barbell rows
3 Deadlifts
4. barbell shrugs
5. Cable curls


legs- saturday
1. Squats
2. leg press
3. leg extension
4 leg curls
5 standing calf raises

i do one all out set to failure...and then somedays when i feel like a superman i`ll thow in some rest pause sets or drop sets here n there

but my primary goal always is to outperform my previous performance
1. either lift more wt than previously for the same reps.
2. or go for more reps with the same wt as used previously.

i have been doing this for the past 4 to 5 years and has always given me given good results...i have tried DC for a while but DC was too good for me to handle.... especially the weeks on the 2 way split where legs had to be done twice was a killer.....

but i really enjoy my regular protocol .... and i am so much used to it that i dont feel like changing any thing about it...
 
I'm tall and have long arms so I needed to give them more focus this offseason. I normally train Push, Pull, Legs but have since went to....

Chest, Shlds
Legs, Calves
Bi, Tris
Back, Traps
