AS a solider, I do about 200 everyday, after a while I find It doesnt effect me being sore or anything. I do it as a Solider to keep in shape but for the average bodybuilder maybe on chest days but it isnt neccessary

Bump this, use to do 400/ed, once I stopped feeling the burn I realized that there was no sense in it. Do diamonds every few days now that's it............
