Alright, so I've searched and read the few big threads on PWO shakes. Looking for some information that I haven't been able to find on the forum, though. So far I am thinking the following base:
50 g waxy maise
10 g creatine monohydrate
10 g BCAA
6 g leucine
I am curious as to the following:
I appreciate everyones responses. I am looking for replies based on your experience expirimenting with different compounds. I was thinking of sipping this concoction throughout my workout and finishing it post workout. When I get home (30 minutes approximately), I would have my typical meal of ~40 grams protein, ~50 grams carbs, ~15 grams fat. I have also read people suggesting repeating this 'shake' thirty minutes after the first one, before a meal, do you feel this is beneficial?

- Should I add AAKG?
- Should I add more BCAA's
- Should I add EAA's in addition to the BCAA's?
- Is there anything else you recommend adding, and why?
- Maybe replace the leucine with an EAA product, contains 4.5 grams of leucine afterall...
