PWO questions cardio/multi

A couple things I wondering about. I would like to have some feedback since I respect opinions of other on this board. The first being should one take their pwo shake before or after pwo cardio? the second being if your multi vitamin has a dissolve rate of 45 minutes would the best time to take it be before your workout? If your workout is typically 45 minute to 1 hour? I am going to guess yes since it would be the best for "the window of opportunity". But again, I am looking for some imput :confused:
 
you should take the shake 3 minutes and 52 seconds after starting your cardio... you should split up the multi-v tab into 9 pieces... and consume a piece every 107 minutes...

naaaaaah... dude, keep it simple... just take your multi vitamin with breakfast or something and take your pwo shake after cardio...
 
You need to watch what type of multi your taking. there is a lot of crap out there. Males make sure there is no iron in it. And look for one that is geared for your age and body type and lifestyle. If anything just look for a basic all natural multi vitamin that you can take throughout the day. Look on back of the bottle and find out how many tabs it takes to = the serving size. Just basicly take every 4 to 6 hours. I would just wait till you get home or after your done with your cardio and workout to take your pwo shake. If you take your shake before you do cardio you will just be burning the fast acting carbs you just consumed...
 
if you do for example 20 minutes of cardio and you drink a pwo shake before cardio. do you think it will be absorbed before 20 minutes?
