Q&A vid with Ken "Skip" Hill

I hate asking a question that I know the answer is out there somewhere but I've searched this website, skips website where I read everything about his loading on the thread, and a couple of other websites that talk about his dieting technique. Just wondering why on his loading day training is not done? I was using someone elses dieting technique where on a grueling leg day you can have your cheat meal or higher carb day while dieting. So why not on skips high carb day?

One question i have that i have not found the answer to yet is about why it is suggested that if you only do a 6 hour skipload, you should do this first thing in the morning. I was wondering if the skipload could be done the last 6 hours of the day with the result results, and if now why would the results/progress be different.

Hopefully someone can chime in. I would think that if you eat a ton of processed carbs the first 6 hours of the day, you might be too full to eat afterwards the remaining of the meals???

I would think that if you eat a ton of processed carbs the first 6 hours of the day, you might be too full to eat the remaining of the meals after all that load (which essentially can slow down your metabolism)???

I have to check on what is making the video stretch like that. I have paid an arm and a leg for my HD camera so seeing it stretched like that is very discouraging.

Plus, never film from the back in the same direction as sunlight unless you want your spit to be so obvious. :)

Skip, thank you for answering that question and I ran my first skip load last Friday and whooooaa, no way could I train that day so other than a time thing...jeeez I was full the whole day. Got back down to my baseline in 3 days and this load I will be 1.5 less on my baseline so this dieting technique seems to be working very well for me. One thing...I was starving to death the next day. Thanks again Skip
