I hate asking a question that I know the answer is out there somewhere but I've searched this website, skips website where I read everything about his loading on the thread, and a couple of other websites that talk about his dieting technique. Just wondering why on his loading day training is not done? I was using someone elses dieting technique where on a grueling leg day you can have your cheat meal or higher carb day while dieting. So why not on skips high carb day?
