quad inj followed by knee pain?

Anyone else get naggy knee pain right after quad injections? Seams to happen to me every time.

Its actually easier than glutes bc you can easily reach and see site. 25g slips right in no prob

R, that has happened to me before. I have no explanation for it. I've also had a couple glute injections travel to my coccyx causing pain. The same thing with a delt injection causing elbow pain. It doesn't happen often but every couple of months or so.

Same here if i go too far to the front esp right quad. 4+ days

R, ur def not the only one. U stick urself long enough ur gonna have a lot of things not go perfectly. ESP year in and year out. Pain of all kinds, burning, sharp, dull and radiating u name it. Some will last a few minutes some will last a week. U can't see what ur stickin under there. Nerves are everywhere vessels too. Ur gonna hit arteries and shoot blood all over the wall or ceiling. Ur gonna experience all kinds of stuff over the years. Expect it and don't let it surprise u when it happens. Move past it and keep on training.

Youre probably going too low onthe your leg and putting too much i as well. Try going higher toward the top of your leg this time. No lower than the midpoint of quad.

Thought that also but went higher (top 1/3 of quad) with same results. Also this time just tried 1/2 cc (my hrt dose) with same results. Nothing bad but I can tell a differnce between inj leg and non-inj leg almost immediately. Guess its just what it is.
