even .5" works fine for quads. barely any fat there goes right into the muscle.

i use 1.5 inch, 23 gauge for everything ...

allthough its not needed ...
1 inch is just fine ...

saw a post said 5/8 25g is sutable, is this correct?

thats the size i use but ive been sticking my delts with now problems, but id like to use my quads now, i feel like after tanning i can see some scarring on my delts from few years of using gear...

i have a full box of 100 5/8 25g...im blubbed, but im not ripped either, 5'8 180lbs

just dont feel like letting them all go to waste

Just wondering if guys pinning quads used the entire 1.5 inch needle.
Is it necessary to bury the thing in the the quad or is 1 inch deep enough for lean quads, injecting from the side?

My legs are pretty lean, I went in from the out-side quad today, first time injecting quads. Lots of research was done but I really did something wrong.

I took a shower, scrubbed down, swabbed with alcohol and injected. It was fine for the first inch to 1.25 inches, THEN it wasnt. I aspirated, got nothing and started to inject VERY slowly and it just hurt like holy hell. I knew if just the needle hurt like that, a whole shot in there would be worse. I pulled it out and went to the glute for the remaining 90% of the shot. No soreness or blood from the glute. Its not the gear, Ive used this batch before.

Shoulders are ok too...just not quads. WTF did I do wrong?

I use long insulin syringes. I believe they are ½in. but they may be longer. At one point quad shots were all I did. The first quad shot I did what is debilitating I think even up until the third one, I did the first ones with a 25 gauge 1in. It seems like once your muscle gets used to injections it no longer hurts.

If lean I use a 28g 3/4” needle with a 1cc syringe. Once I’ve put back on some fat and water I use a 25g 1” needle. I never do more then a cc in quads though as whenever I try 2 or 3 I end up getting sore.
