I'm not a vet to the AAs game, but do a ton of reading for years now. I am on my second cycle, using 2cc a week of test/tren enth. I feel b/c of the high concentration on this I should rotate shots more often, I get a pretty good lump in my glute that sticks around for a few days after. My left glute at the moment feels pretty wierd, no redness or anything like that, just really hard, but not lumpy anymore it's more of a flat hard surface under my skin, it has gotten a bit smaller after using a heating pad.
Well onto my question, I want to start giving my glute a rest and rotate the shots with my quads. I visited howtodoinjections website. I think the outer quad would be a good site for me. Now a little help is needed, do I rest my leg up on somthing, or do i just sit on a chair. I understand that in the outer quad I would shoot somewhere in between my knee and my hip bone with a 1 incher. Any tips would be appreciated in this matter.
