Quad Injections

I'm not a vet to the AAs game, but do a ton of reading for years now. I am on my second cycle, using 2cc a week of test/tren enth. I feel b/c of the high concentration on this I should rotate shots more often, I get a pretty good lump in my glute that sticks around for a few days after. My left glute at the moment feels pretty wierd, no redness or anything like that, just really hard, but not lumpy anymore it's more of a flat hard surface under my skin, it has gotten a bit smaller after using a heating pad.

Well onto my question, I want to start giving my glute a rest and rotate the shots with my quads. I visited howtodoinjections website. I think the outer quad would be a good site for me. Now a little help is needed, do I rest my leg up on somthing, or do i just sit on a chair. I understand that in the outer quad I would shoot somewhere in between my knee and my hip bone with a 1 incher. Any tips would be appreciated in this matter.

Sit down in a chair

For your glutes what are size pin are you using? 1 inch in the min you can go with glutes. You may not be injecting deep enough into your glutes, that why you feel the lumps its under your skin and not in the muscle.

put your palms on your hips, and look down, where you fingers hit your thighs, those are the good spots to pin your quads.

I was using 1.5 inch for the glutes. They feel fine today, just took pretty long to feel normal might be the high dose per mL for the test/tren.

I did the quad shot today using a 1inch, went very well. Thanks for the tips.

I rotate glutes, quads, and delts. 1.5" 23 guage for glutes, 1" 25 gauge for delts and quads. This has worked well for me over the years. For whatever reason the quad shots leave pain with most gear while the others don't much. Not sure why. One of these days I'm going to add in lats. I just have to be comfortable the wife hits it properly.

 

[The Myth]

I normally sit in a chair with my leg stretched out and relaxed. I have injected with the quad slightley flexed and i think it may cause a little pain.

I just sit on the bed propped against the headboard with my legs straight out in front of me. This helps me to prevent shaking from a lack of balance.
