125mg test c sub q M-W-F so 375mg test ew. 2ius black tops in the am and 2ius 8 hours later ed. I am basically just tightening up and recomping even more.

I may throw in some tbol here sometime soon, but honestly I am still getting stronger on this dose. I am almost afraid to run an oral and gain all this extra strength...I don't want to get injured lol!!!

But ya haven't been over that dose in about 3.5 months. I am happy with the look I have. My face is super chiseled and I have virtually no bloat, waist is tight etc. I also look so much younger then I did at the start of the year. Whenever I run tren I swear I look so much older.

The people I work with thought I was younger then 25 and my classmates thought the same. When I told them I am a few months away from being 32 all of them were shocked.

Hit shoulders tonight. Absolute beast mode.

I really love doing zero carbs on off days. I am staying so much tighter. It was hard at first but I am back to the point thats its not an issue at all. I am stronger then ever so its not impacting my strength. Just by dropping the carbs my body has recouped a little.

I am going hiking tomorrow with the gf in the morning then hitting legs in the evening. Hopefully getting some hiking in Sunday as well and finish the day off with some arms.

I donated blood again this week. Gotta keep the hematocrit down. Ate a strong edible 35 minutes ago, waiting for it to kick in :sta:-wars
