I see your point, I wasn't trying to say you'll know how much powder is or crystal per cap but he stated he didn't know what was in the cap period. I realize crystal is 25% salt. Nevermind we are really in agreement just not sounding that way

Yeah bro, i see your point. I just checked my cap today to see if it was crystal or powder. Didnt really matter to me since im only taking 1 per day. If i was taking more I would have made sure sooner.

Its just crazy period cause you never know how much is in you at any given time. People say the half life is 36hrs but there is some debate on that. I myself wouldnt feel comfortable running more than 2 of the 150mg pills a day. Thats just me though, maybe im a pussy...haha
