Hey guys, I've been looking at Big A's Growth Principles, but I have a question regarding training. In it, he says not to train two days in a row due to the muscles and nervous system needing recovery time. Does this mean cardio as well? I would assume that I would want to refrain from any training on the off days and not just weight training, but this was a little foggy for me. Thanks.
