The funny thing is sometimes it's better not to know. I have to toss my bp monitor in the closet sometimes so I stop compulsively taking it. It's like people who weigh themselves ten times per day. So much less stress

Hey OP. How big are your arms and what size cuff are you using? I am looking to get an Omron set for my home but their cuffs only go up to 17 inches. My arms are 18.5 inches.
