So I am ending week 2 on Big A Dieting and Getting Ready for Competition program to get lean and shed some fat for summer but having a big issues with horrible muscle pumps on each side of my shins when doing cardio walking or running.
I am walking/ trying to jog nightly and it's pumping so hard that I have to stop after 10-15min.
It's really frustrating because my lungs n legs are not even tired at all. It's BS. It gets solo tight that I lay on the ground in pain for 2-5min before it goes away. Then they don't hurt at all. Feel perfectly fine. I start stumbling because they burn and feel like they will burst.
I am on 500mg Test and 160clen a day could this be the problem? Never had this happen before. Maybe I am just fat and too heavy, but it's a huge problem as I even tried to Sprint, 2min in they are full pumped and hurting.
How can I make this go away? It couldn't be anything else could it?
