Question about cycle

Hi all, I'm new here but have been lurking for a couple of years.
I am looking at doing a fat loss cycle, and I wanted to know if this is a good idea or not.
I'm thinking of this:

Week 1-8
var 50mgs day

week 1-20 (possibly longer)
GH 2 iu 5/2

I am thinking that because it takes a while for the GH to kick in, I will start off with the var to get things rolling.
I have never done a cycle before.
I am 32 years old, been training for 12 years.
I am 5'9", 215 and bodyfat is around 15-16%, guessing.
Long story short, I had problems with my ears and equilibrium last year, couldn't train for a few months, was depressed, and gained too much fat.
I have been back for about 6 months, but need to drop the fat.
Diet is pretty standard, low carb with high carb day cycled in every 4th day.
High protein, medium fats.
I train DC style, and am currently doing cardio 4-5 days a week.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
 
As far as dosages go for var and hgh, it should be g2g for fat loss. It's going to be your diet that's going to determine whether or not you reach your goals.
However, even at low doses, var can still supress your libido. With this being said, I would recommend that you also run a low dose of test in there as well.
200mgs per week of test prop would definately be the way to go. Just my 2 cents.

how about a change in diet for fat loss????

if you feel you need to do "a cycle" for fat loss, i think somethings wrong

LOL, very true. Have you considered a simple ECA stack and modifying your diet to meet your goals? I think you start with that first. Of course you can always try a clen / T-3 cycle too, but that can cause muscle loss as well as fat loss.
 
Well, I have had heart palpitations in the past, so no stimulants for me.
I also have a low thyroid output, had bloodwork done a few months ago.
That's why I thought about this route, I have a very sluggish metabolism and a rough time dropping fat.
I gain weight very easily, and losing weight is very difficult.
 
If your looking for any noticeable gains you'd better re-think your cycle. Get some test in there!

It seems like everytime someone who doesnt know a whole lot about gear posts on this site they get bashed rather then helped....

Im sure some of u will have something to say about my post... and it is what it is... i just thought ppl here were willing to help, rather then make someone feel stupid. ( and thankyou to those who DO help... there is ppl here willing to lend a hand when needed)

as for the cycle... Cant help u with the GH.. not my department. But im sure if you train hard, eat right, and stick with the cardioadding the var will help u reach your goals faster then without

its sorta a tough love thing......like a smack to the back of the head of your best friend,
like "what the fuck it wrong with you" type thing......so yes, we are helping

cope is right in way, with the test......it could be a lower non-mass dose, just to speed up metab and help with his "sluggishness"

ultimately hes gonna do what he wants

if he was really serious about it......he would hire a pro

Thanks NJ, for reading my post and what I am looking to do.

I used the word "cycle", because I didn't know how else to put it.

I am not looking to gain any muscle, for now I have enough (for me).

I am using a plan put together for me by a pro, but I want to speed up the fat loss because I have a big event coming up in January and want to drop the fat for that.

I have done a ton of research, and it seems to me that var and GH are the 2 best fat loss supps so I was just wondering if anyone has run them together.

Thanks for all the replies, it's appreciated.
