Hi all, I'm new here but have been lurking for a couple of years.
I am looking at doing a fat loss cycle, and I wanted to know if this is a good idea or not.
I'm thinking of this:
Week 1-8
var 50mgs day
week 1-20 (possibly longer)
GH 2 iu 5/2
I am thinking that because it takes a while for the GH to kick in, I will start off with the var to get things rolling.
I have never done a cycle before.
I am 32 years old, been training for 12 years.
I am 5'9", 215 and bodyfat is around 15-16%, guessing.
Long story short, I had problems with my ears and equilibrium last year, couldn't train for a few months, was depressed, and gained too much fat.
I have been back for about 6 months, but need to drop the fat.
Diet is pretty standard, low carb with high carb day cycled in every 4th day.
High protein, medium fats.
I train DC style, and am currently doing cardio 4-5 days a week.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
